Your day will start early with a pick-up from your lodge in Arusha at around 6:30 am. You will then be driven to Tarangire National Park, which is located 120 kilometres to the west of Arusha town. This park covers an area of 2850 square kilometres and is considered one of the best national parks in Tanzania. The main attractions of the park are the large herds of elephants, baobab trees, and beautiful scenery. You will then take a break at the picnic site and enjoy your lunch. The afternoon safari session will continue until around 4:00 pm when you will exit the park and drive back to your lodge in Arusha. At the lodge, you will say goodbye to your professional safari guide.
